As for the problem at hand the battery thing didn't help either. Then take the chip out and replace in your mobo, From what it looks like, U may have the cmos battery clear shorted all the time.

If this does not work fer U, I would take the mobo back to where U bought it and get a replacement. Oh well mabe if I tried to kick it a few times pretending it was el dumd ass triston cm183300 might do better.

I was kinda suspecting it was something like that,but didn't realy have a clue.
